95 Mill Hill Road, Bondi Junction
In December of 2022, the DA for 95 Mill Hill Road has been submitted. The alterations and additions will mainly feature a new rooftop balcony, the transformation of the attic into a multi-purpose space and a new bathroom and ensuite for the 2nd floor.
In August of 2022, a new DA for the alterations and additions of award winning home - Hastings Parade has been submitted. The new addition will transform the 1st level balcony into a winter garden, complete with sliding doors and a new retractable awning over the backyard.
In 2017, Giles Tribe Architects was announced as the winner of the TIDA Au Architect-Designed New Home of the Year. The winning house project located at North Bondi, in Sydney, designed for a young couple and their two children reflects the Bond lifestyle and environment. Congratulations the the project team, led by Project Director Mark Broadley.
Heritage and Conservation
In 2016, Giles Tribe Architects was appointed by Government Property NSW to prepare Conservation Management Plans for heritage properties across New South Wales (in East Maitland, Dubbo, Hay, Wagga Wagga, Tamworth and Murwillumbah).
We look forward to building and continuing this partnership in 2017.
We are pleased to announce that Buildability Constructions was awarded winner at the Master Builders Association Awards - 2015 for House Additions/Alterations/Renovations for Emmett Street Crows Nest. Giles Tribe was the architect for this project.
The Judge's comments, "High finishes with large format tiling posed great difficulties when it came to the internal resilient finishes. The best part of this project was the fact that the old heritage listed house which was completely dilapidated was salvaged and fused into the new work."
Following the success of Willow Carlingford, Giles Tribe has been appointed to document Willow 2, a mixed commercial/residential development on Mona Vale Road, St Ives.
In 2014, Giles Tribe Architects has consolidated a strong working relationship with the City of Sydney Council, acting in consulting and design roles across a number of heritage conservation and adaptive reuse projects.

Giles Tribe is excited to announce the launch of the marketing campaign for Willow, a boutique development of 30 apartments at Carlingford.
This site was recently rezoned for apartments by Hornsby Council and we were delighted to assist the client Polaris Aust. Developments and their property consultant Accord Projects on this building.
Given the firm's unique multidisciplinary skills, we have efficiently delivered architectural, planning and interior design.

Giles Tribe provided construction documentation and detailing as well as providing master planning services for the 50 Hectare Bungarribee Estate.
This project has also achieved a 4 Green Star Certification under the industrial rating tool.
