TENTH FLOOR CHAMBERS, SYDNEY

This refurbishment of a whole-floor Barrister's office in the Sydney CBD included new reception areas, secretarial spaces, bathrooms, open plan kitchen and conference room with full A/V capability. One end of the floor features operable walls and bespoke, movable joinery to transform the space for functions and entertaining.

The colour palette is modern yet classic, with a combination of whites, greys and warm timber finishes. Natural stone, premium leathers and custom-developed lighting panels have been used to elevate key design elements, enhancing the experience of floor members, staff and visitors. 

The nature of the building and needs of our Client resulted in unique constraints to navigate. Concurrent base-building works had to be accommodated and all work was completed after-hours, during the end-of-year office closure. Careful planning and effective and collaborative communication between all parties, was essential to the success of the project.
