This former AGL site is located on the Mortlake Peninsula 9km west of the Sydney CBD. The master plan accommodates for 2073 Dwellings, 3685m2 of retail and commercial space, 3000m2 of community space and retention of 5 heritage buildings and structures. Accommodation ranges from conventional single dwellings and town houses to residential flat buildings of up to 9 storeys. The site incorporates extensive waterfront reserve, parks, and open space.
