PLANTATION PRECINCT, BREAKFAST POINT 

This Plantation precinct is designed for a new community within Breakfast Point and consists of 267 dwellings. It incorporates 7 apartment buildings of 3 and 5 storey high, precinct amenities, open space & through site links. The topography of the site offered a unique setting for the precinct as well as challenges in locating 7 medium density building footprints and connection throughout the site.
