STONECUTTERS RIDGE 

This residential golf course estate was planned on 190 ha of Urban fringe farmland in Collebee to accommodate 1000 residences. A vision and theme was established for the residential development with emphasis on lifestyle and natural landscape amongst the golf course. Urban design and built form design guidelines were prepared to assist developers and their architects to deliver the vision for the built form and its landscape.
